In order to provide you with sufficient time to promote your event, requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the requested fundraiser date.
Sonrisa Grill will donate 30% of all sales generated by your supporters during your scheduled event date and time (excluding tax, comps or gift cards). *Minimum $100 donation ($300 food and beverage sales).
Once your event is scheduled, Sonrisa Grill will send a confirmation e-mail along with a flyer to promote your fundraiser. Below are some ideas on how to begin spreading the word.
Post the flyer on your organizationís website and social media pages
Print copies of the flyer and distribute them to your supporters and their friends and families
Reach out to group leaders and get them excited and focused on spreading the word
Provide frequent reminders
